In addition to chip shortages that have led to a decrease in PlayStation 5 availability, Microsoft' acquisition of game publisher ZeniMax Media will lead to increased competition due to exclusive IPs.

- Reorganize social channels with new mission statements, create new platform strategy with a renewed focus on Tik Tok, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Produce game character takeovers of social accounts to inject some energy and re-establish
the lengthy stable of characters part of the PlayStation brand.
- Release new content over social that creates new engagements.
- Make some slight tweaks to social channels.
- Get cursed at by Kratos on twitter, or see Scorpion’s Malibu vacation

- A Parappa the Rapper dance craze on Tik-Tok???
The Expectation
By further showcasing the extensive Playstation catalog through a game character showcase, we'll cement PlayStation as the premiere destination for interactive entertainment. An increase in reach and engagements, CTR and activations/purchases will help increase sales of PlayStation products in Q4 2022.
